Hey anju! thanks for compiling this list, this is very useful.
I definitely agree with the idea of feeding bands and hooking them up with
a drink or drinks, I think that's a nice way to support folks on tour,
especially cause i imagine having a decent healthy-ish home cooked meal (or
just not having to figure out what/where to eat, esp in the dtes where
there aren't tons of options) on the road is probably appreciated by most.

As far as these models go, I agree that model 3 is the worst. that would
mean paying out bands even less than we do now, which obviously is not the
direction we want to be going in.

I'm very intrigued by model 4, actually, more than the others. I like the
idea that it allows bands to get paid a set amount, but that it doesn't
mean that smaller bands with more of a niche draw (eg. noise or grind, or
less-known queer bands, etc) don't get totally shafted if fewer people show
up. I'm not entirely sure how this type of model would affect our finances
at the moment, but I like the idea. I'm also open to models 1 or 2, but 4
was the one that really stood out to me as being a nice balanced model.
I'll try to keep these in mind over the next couple months and do some math
and see how it would affect our finances, and then we can reconvene and
discuss our options. :)

and thanks again anju for putting this together! if anyone else has any
models that are different than these that they think are options we can
work toward feel free to send them in this thread.

cheers yall
