[Blacklabcollective] Reminder - Meeting at 3pm!

Hello,

We are meeting at 3pm today and need to start right on time.

I have made some changes to the agenda below, please review. I'll be
keeping tighter timelines since people have to leave by specific times
today. We are trying to wrap things up by 5pm.

I'll be bringing Society Papers with me, as well as a proposal for a Show
Proposal/Running Process One-Sheet, and a template for the minutes.

I suggest we save everything in the Black Lab Folder on Google Drive.
