Hey all I posted the financial standards on the Google Drive. They're
pretty straightforward, the financial committee has edited and approved
them, we can talk about them at the meeting but in case anyone wants to
take a gander they're there.
I've also added two columns to the financial spreadsheet, which are
essentially inventory. Bottomliners are now responsible for making sure a
beer count and a TP count happen after their gigs, just so the next person
who does an event can easily know where we're at and whether a beer run or
supply run needs to happen ahead of time. We want to minimize scrambling
around for stuff last minute, and that means asking for what you need at
least a few days in advance.
Anju: I still am not great at the whole spreadsheet thing, I just switched
the columns so they don't show up as dollar amounts, hopefully that is the
way to do it! i dono. anyways. ya!
