Hey everyone, 
I want to suggest Legs as a collective member. She is hard working, solid, committed, we have a history of working with her, I think she takes feedback well.
I also think that the things that she needs to work on are known to us so we can make suggestions or work around/with her strengths and weaknesses (like we do with all of us!).
Let me know your thoughts. I know she is still interested.
