[Blacklabcollective] Budget Sheet - Moved HIRS event numbers FYI

Actually, I just changed the sheets a little bit so that we can follow one
sheet for each month. The sheet now includes rent/hydro/etc.. all on the
same page. The ongoing total cell is calculating how much we are short to
make all of our costs.
