[Blacklabcollective] Inclusiveness policy

hey everyone

I have to make a small change to one of my shows, are we still sticking to
no all white dude shows? I have to drop a band from a show and it might
turn into an all white dude show so I'm going to suggest that one of the
all white dude bands drop off instead
