[Blacklabcollective] Public Black Lab Email

[Anju Singh]

So FYI, I applied for a list for members (so that we can start a list where
we email them a monthly newsletter, I am down to take something like that
on), and I also applied for a volunteer list (so if we need help, we can
just email that list and whoever wants to help can respond).

Let me know if you agree/disagree or don't care haha.
