[Blacklabcollective] show proposal from alicia/proposal to see if alicia wants to be a bottomliner?

ok, since only eris and raf haven't answered (and i know raf says yes to
everything haha) i've gone ahead and said yes regarding the show. and i
told her we can co run it this time (me bottomlining but kinda talking
through the parts of doing shows i.e. finding volunteers etc). one more
august gig!
