[Blacklabcollective] show proposal from alicia/proposal to see if alicia wants to be a bottomliner?

hey,

im in support of alicia taking on a bottom liner role but also in agreement
about waiting to see how things go with the other people already proposed.

im not sure how the folks in Hot Breath identify but I know that at least
two of the folks do not identify with he pronouns.

aaaaand yeah. cool. this is all great. if Hurtin' walks on their costs
would be less. might be something to mention.
