[Blacklabcollective] show proposal from alicia/proposal to see if alicia wants to be a bottomliner?

Sounds fine to me but I'm with Anju about rushing to add a million bottom
liners. Let's start slow, there's a lot to figure out. But it sounds like
Alicia isn't really into it anyways.
