That sounds amazing! Also because its necessary work we can almost
certainly take it off the rent as long as we document everything and send
all the info to the landlord. I'm pretty sure Lindsay has already emailed
him about it but I'm not sure if he's responded. Basically we gotta turn
that fuse box into a breaker panel, ideally.
