[Blacklabcollective] Window coverings & ps security

Just spoke with Adam and he confirmed that the gear must be out of sight
from the street at all times. We rent not far from black lab and one of th
main strategies for security was to not let it be known in general that
gear is stored there.

If this is not ok with people please let me know ASAP because he will take
his gear out if that's not agreed on. This means during the day/night
regardless of whether people are there or not. Either windows must be
covered or all the equipment put away.
