[Blacklabcollective] add touring band to march 21st

Hey its fine by me if it's fine with iskra and everyone else. Who is it?
And how many bands is that up to? Let's also make sure we've got all hands
on deck, cuz that'll be a big, loud one and we're definitely starting to
get some folks attention at this point.
