FYI we are sitting on $1156.80 so rent is hopefully covered, we can probably finish paying our damage deposit, and hopefully put some $$ towards soundproofing depending how these next couple shows go. Not sure if there is any float sitting downstairs, but based on the boxes in my room I doubt it.
