[Blacklabcollective] Feb 27th Show - Staffing

I was going to wait until the meeting to discuss this but since the meeting
will be rescheduled, I'll send this now. Here is my staffing plan for the
show on February 27th for Gas Chamber. Again, we want to be done by 11:30pm
so bar ends at 11pm and we need to clear the space.

If your name is not on this list for a job, it means you are home-free for
this night!

*Pre-Show*
*Beer Run:* (anytime before 7pm day of the show) __________? (asked
Brendan, waiting on an answer)
*Float/Cash Boxes: *by 7:30pm at the show please - for door and bar - one
of: Lindsay/Megan/Brendan

*At the Show*
*Bottomliner:* Anju
*Setup:* 7pm - Anju + Megan (both of us 7pm-11:30pm)
*Floater:* Megan (megan - check on door, bar, back door, toilet paper in
bathrooms, etc)
*Bar:* Quinn (7:30pm-11:30pm) + Maggie (7:30pm-11:30pm) + (Maybe Tessa as
an extra hand)
*Sound: *Anju (8pm-11pm) (I have someone to cover my band)
*DJ: *Tommy
*Door:* Mike (7:45pm-11:30pm), Tyler (7:45pm-11:30pm), +
*Security: *Shiner (8pm-11:30pm) + Myles

*Cleanup*
*Bathrooms:* Quinn/Anju (i'm trying to rotate bathroom cleanup duties)
*Put PA Away: *Tommy
*Garbage/Empties/Cardboard:* - Mike/Tyler/Maggie/Myles (this includes
taking them out)
*Behind Bar: *Quinn/Tessa/Maggie
*Sweep: *Mike/Megan
*Mop: *if needed, whoever is available
