[Blacklabcollective] Suggestion for Money we take from the door.

Hey, I actually kinda disagree with this. Putting on bigger crazier shows
is a lot of work, and I think that 50% of the door is a reasonable amount
to take. Especially because we still have a ton of work to do as far as
soundproofing, construction, stuff like that that will be pretty expensive
to undertake. I'm stoked we are getting to a point where we're making
decent chunks of change at shows (and are hopefully gona have a bit more
cushion in the ole bank account) but I don't think we should jump the gun
and start paying the space less. I think if we get to a point where we are
finished soundproofing and larger construction projects (e.g. finishing off
the wall, fixing the back sinkhole), and we either have a decent surplus of
$$ or start getting grants or something like that, then hell yes we should
revisit the way that we take door money, absolutely. But while we still
have a ton of work to be done that is gona cost us a lot of money and time
and energy, I think we should stick with our current system. Just my two
cents.
