I think that it might be better for us to take a smaller amount of money
from shows, but we still have costs etc to consider, so I want to suggest
this model:

take 50% of the door up to a maximum of $300 (or $200 or $250?)

This means that big crazy shows can actually earn door money, and smaller
shows can share the profits equally (often smaller shows don't sell as much
bar either, so it has to be worth it for us still..)

Let me know your thoughts.
