Reminder about the meeting on Wednesday February 18th.

Here is a proposed Agenda:

7:00 - Check in
7:05 - Review Action Items
7:15 - Finances
7:20 - Previous Shows
7:25 - Upcoming Shows Calendar Check
7:30 - Show Proposals
7:40 - New Neighbours
7:50 - Space stuff to do (repairs etc)

8:00 - Discussion with Eris (has anyone volunteered to lead this? I think
it should be somewhat organized)

here is a suggestion:

8:00 - someone says why we are having the discussion
-we are here to clear the air and share feedback with one another about
Eris leaving the collective
-Eris would like to rejoin
-We should all have chances to share concerns with previous events that led
to the conflict

8:10 - Clarification and feedback, go in a circle everyone expresses
themselves
8:30 - Ask what Eris expects to be different after rejoining
8:40 - Clarification and feedback, go in a circle everyone expressing
potential concerns or negotiations or suggestions to make the working
relationship better
8:55 - Close off discussion, let Eris know that we will give her a decision
about returning later that night
9:00 - Eris leaves
9:00-9:15 - Make a decision about Eris returning.
