[Blacklabcollective] Agenda Item for Tonight's Meeting

Hey everyone,

Unfortunately, for a few reasons (largely due to work schedule), weeknight
meetings are not going to work for me starting in the new year. I'm really
sorry about this.

I understand that this is a good meeting time, so I can step down from the
collective or be in some kind of role that doesn't require me to attend
meetings if another time won't work.

I could do weekdays before 6pm or weekend days if that works for anyone
else (probably doesn't, which is ok...)

Anyway, we can discuss tonight, but I wanted to give you all the heads up!
And I am 100% ok with whatever everyone decides! I won't feel "kicked out"
etc.. if everyone feels like i'm just dead weight by now, I have been
really scaling back on my contributions!
