[Blacklabcollective] Space update: soundproofing and general housekeeping.

I personally wouldn't need the person at the meeting to make their case.
I'm a fan of trial sessions, so if you trust them id be more into hearing
your proposal and approving it and hearing a report back to see how the
first sessions went.

Our meetings are already quite long so I'm a little hesitant to have guests
speak.. I feel like we would rush them which would be rude or that we would
put off our stuff we need to talk about it which wouldn't work for us...
