[Blacklabcollective] September shows, Collective Members?

One major obstacle I saw in the Bottomliner Group, is that we would
definitely want anyone bottomlining shows at meetings. That's where we
decide on better process/make changes, talk about previous incidents, and
strategize for gigs. I would feel weird about handing over
keys/responsibility and not have communication with folks. And I think we
would want communication with them on the email list, for example, in case
someone gets sick and can't bottomline show or in case something serious
happens, and even to get the numbers at the end of the night submitted for
the collective to see how the night went.

While I understand that adding more collective members opens up potential
for more complications, I'm not sure how we would have a bottomliner group
that is not part of the collective. I'm open to ideas though :)

One potential solution I thought of is that Meetings would be TWO HOURS
every time, the first hour would be entirely a financial check-in, shows
check-in and proposals. The second hour would be the remaining business.
The first hour is for all members, the second hour is for the Collective
only (*this is not too different than Red Gate's model, in a way, and it
works there and they like it).

The question I have about that model is that considering what our usual
later topics are (mostly maintenance work :/), maybe it would actually be
beneficial to keep people on, because we need more help I think..

Just throwing out there a main complication that might make the bottomliner
group not really a helpful category of members for us.. but I'm totally
open to thoughts.
