I think that decreasing work for us when we do shows is key or else we will
burn out (or maybe I'm wrong?)

 If we would make $1000 a month from empties, wouldn't it make sense to
have someone paid in a maintenance position to take them back for us?

I have no idea. I do know that Co-op Radio is fcking broke and we pay
someone to do a weekly cleaning and it's important and helpful. Also I
would definitely not be into cleaning MORE or dealing with empties for
sure, I think we also can't expect volunteers to do a "really good mop and
cleanup" at the end of the night, they do a good job but having it be
someone's job is reliable.

Just my thoughts, but I also like paying people because in my experience
things run smoother - this is from experience from secret location from
2005-now and also from
Working in a non-profit and doing DIY venue stuff when I was in high school
too.

Also if we get rid of the rat infestation but don't do a regular cleanup
plan after it will just happen again.

Secret location has rats and no infestation but we pay maintenance people
$75 a month each (we have 2, but they handle landlord, repairs etc too). I
personally think the only reason we haven't had an infestation is because
it's Jesse and Laura's job to keep
It clean.

Just my thoughts, maybe we can take back empties after the next show and
see how it goes?
