Do we have a formal policy on how we approach incidents like this? (Also hi
from Wales to everyone at the lab!)

If not, I would be interesting in discussing drafting one when I'm back. It
would be cool to discuss in person(s) and not through emails.

I've been keeping up with emails! Yall are doing such amazing work and are
super dedicated awesome punx. Miss youse.
