[Blacklabcollective] Important: Landlord is in town

So the landlord texted me LAST NIGHT to let me know he's just arrived in
town. Thanks for the advance warning guy! Anyways I lied and said I'm still
in holiday until next week to buy us some time.

I guess that means that while it super rules that Jakob and his dad were
able to get that frame in on the wall we are now in a not of a panic to
make sure everything is looking good in there for when I (and whoever else
wants to be there) meets him next week. In particular that wall is looking
good. I think the soundproofing unfinished isn't the biggest deal but
visibly tearing out that wall may ruffle some feathers.
