You could in the meantime get a quote from Sean the pest control guy and
see if it is within your rent. And then just let the landlord know that is
he doesnt' deal with it you will just pay for it and take it off the rent.
Be sure to document everything though, emails, take pictures, etc, in case
he pulls some kind of landlord aggressive moves.

That's my advice anyway, I'm off of Wednesday til October. I hope
everything goes well for y'all and I will miss you and see you when I'm
back. I'll be checking my emails when I can and try to stay updated.
