Hi Michael,

As I'm sure you remember from last summer, between the trash in the back
alley and the back end of the building sinking, rats around the building
have been an ongoing issue around the building. Well, with how hot it has
been this summer even more so than last year. While a mostly just a
nuisance previously, in the last couple of weeks they seem to have found a
way inside and have been more and more present in the downstairs address.
Their waste is super poisonous and it is becoming a quite serious health
hazard. Pest control is a landlord responsibility, legally, and we would
really like to address this before it has a chance to get any worse. We
feel that professional pest control is needed. We would like to address
this as soon as possible.

On another note, we've mostly resolved those electrical issues without
being charged, thanks to the generosity of a local electrician. So that
isn't really a worry for now.

Please respond so we can go ahead with pest control. Hope this finds you
