[Blacklabcollective] Rat situation - urgent

I am with Megan here, it's not healthy or safe to deal with ourselves. I
got a headache standing in the back because of the smell. I would actually
be really uncomfortable having anyone clean it who isn't a pro at this
point. We cleaned the bathrooms etc but after doing that and sweeping and
doing some Mopping we had to escape that back area. We couldn't even clean
without feeling awful.
I honesty feel like I can still smell it right now :(
The landlord is required to pay, pest control is 100% landlord
responsibility. I can call him if you'd like, I can make him understand why
it's a bad choice for his investment property to let it get any further out
of hand, they will completely nest in the walls (FYI -I believe this has
already started).
Otherwise I'm down to pitch money towards covering the cost of the pest
control work and the cleanup and get paid back after the next shows.
