Yeah I also doubt that the landlord would pay. Rats they don't do a ton for anyways as far as I know. Maybe we can make a work day and do a deep clean and maybe even let the cats lose down there for a few hours? Look for where they're getting in and try to seal it up? Behind the bar clearly being the focus. I'm also in favour of getting on top of this and very happy to help out, although my availability is garbage right now. :/
