[Blacklabcollective] Rat situation - urgent

hey everyone we need to deal with this rat problem.

 It's super bad, like the volunteers and I had headaches and felt nauseous
from being behind the bar too long. When I went in yesterday, there were
big piles of rat shit that the bands found around the space. I'm actually
worried there might be dead rats rotting somewhere. If no one else minds it
then it's maybe just me but it would be good to know everyone's thoughts?

This is certainly a landlord responsibility so if rent isn't paid maybe we
can pay for pest control and cleanup ASAP and take it out of rent money?
I'd be happy to call a place that coop/PHS used.. By our next shows August
9/10 I think this will be even worse.
