2/2 random people who messaged the black lab facebook account have bailed
at the last minute now, my confidence in strangers is low. luckily all the
other volunteers were solid.

we ran about 10 minutes late, switchover times between bands just took too
long and i wanted to let invasives play a little longer than 10 minutes on
byron's birthday. got the thumbs up for this from other collective members
that were present. otherwise the show was smooth and fun.

we made
$250 on bar
$140 on door.
$390 total

spent $188 topping up the bar before the gig.
i forgot to count the beer but there's still lots, and most of a bottle of
fireball, and lots of toilet paper. but no cider.
