Hey Megan, setup starts at 3:00, adam will be coming in to make sure the PA
etc is all there and good at 2:30, so they must be out and the space is
empty and ready to use at 3:00 please! I am very apprehensive about this
meeting running late, so please ask them to be done by 2:30, and the space
cleaned up/chairs returned etc.. at 3:00!!
