Megan can probably better to speak to this, but since I am sitting in front
of my computer I will go ahead and answer. To the best of my knowledge,
this will be ongoing for the foreseeable future. Essentially then, Megan
and I are saying that we will be present to unlock/lock the space before
and after their meetings and perhaps to ensure that chairs/tables are
accessible. I think we are still figuring out how best to do that given our
current schedules, but I think we can make it work!
