COMBINING EVENTS
It is going to be a whole weekend of MADNESS! July 24th- Tour De Fairmount
(the new name of our event) July 25th- Anarchist Kickball!

VOLUNTEERS
For the ride, we'd like at least 3. One for the front, one for the back, and
one in the middle or around and for flat repair. We figured Ken, Andres, and
Kelly would take these positions (with megaphones!). Ideally we'd also like
to have a coordinator at each Location the ride is stopping at to make sure
things are running smoothly. Then, from there, we'd like for each
coordinator to gather as many other volunteers they think they might need
for their location.
In total:
7 CORE volunteers
We'd like to get Brad (The guys who bicycle powers the computers at the
market) in on it too.

FLYERING/OUTREACH/EMAILS
We'd like to make some nicer flyers
We'd like to start collecting e-mails On Saturdays at BDP
get FNB involved
Places to flyer:
Root Factory
Coffee Shops
SDBC
Creations
Bike Shops
Community Colleges
Libraries
Restaurants
CRITICAL MASS

Naked bike ride people
City Beat

COSTS
Event- Our goal is $1,000
It will go towards:
A wheel rack
Tools
Another bike stand
Making a bilingual bike repair zine
Making BDP entirely pedal powered
BDP- Goal to spend is $100
Will need to spend $ on:
Flyers
a P.A. (talk to Collectiva Zapatista)
and food staples

BDP
We need to make a MAP! So people can get to the Snowdrop house
Collect e-mails
Make a sign the says "We are not a bike shop, we are a classroom" in a ton
of different languages
Get Todd more involved
Ask Bob to be the banker (Bobank)

EVENT
How many bikes should we build?
Talk to Rubber Rose, see it they want to get involved with the later part of
the event
Still need to talk to the Purple House and Stinky
Need to book bands
We need megaphones

HOMEWORK
Ken-
Talk to purple house
and stinky
Call Abel (I forget what for)
Call bands

Andres-
Will work on flyer distribution when they're done.
Work on P.A. system (for free)
