[Bhpbilliton] Next BHP Alt annual report meeting

Hi Rod,

I am not sure how to solve this by tomorrow, I thought it was pretty 
standard to get a calling card in other countries as it has been easy 
for me before when I was traveling. I will have a think about an 
alternative.
