[Bhpbilliton] Next BHP Alt annual report meeting

Hi,

A message will be sent to everyone that is involved in the BHP Alt 
Annual report group confirming the next meeting through Freeconference.com.

If you are outside of the US then you will have to purchase a $10 
calling card with cheap calls to the US. You will have to use this card 
to call in the conference, it will cost you about 50 cents and that will 
be it, we can then speak for as long as we want.

Let me know if you have any queries.

*Just to confirm the next meeting will be:*
Wednesday 9 September, 12pm Melbourne/Sydney, 10am Manila // Tuesday 8 
September, 10pm Ottawa/Philly // London (Wednesday 9 September 3am)

I understand that this is a ridiculous hour for people in the UK so 
please send us anything you would like to be fed in to the meeting
