[Bhpbilliton] BHP Alt Annual Report meeting notes and next meeting

Hi all,

It is shame that skype voice failed us in our BHP alt annual report 
meeting but the chat worked surprisingly well. Below are some of the 
themes and ideas that came out of the meeting.

*Next meeting*
I will set up a freeconference.com call for Wednesday 9 September, 12pm 
Melbourne/Sydney, 10am Manila // Tuesday 8 September, 10pm Ottawa/Philly
Unfortunately this is really late for London (Wednesday 9 September 
3am). Are people in London able to have their own meeting and send us 
notes / contributions?

Can you please let me know if you are available for the 
freeconference.com <http://www.freeconference.com>call or if there is 
anyone that I should add to the meeting so I can book it. So far I have 
confirmation of: Sakura, Tanya, Mia, Rod, Nat* ...Who else should be on 
this list?*
*Rod,* did you want to invite Jean Marie? I will need her email address 
so I can invite her onto the BHPB elist.

I am sending this email out on the BHPB list we have set p so we can 
start using that, sorry for the cross posting.
