Union membership grew from 3.8 million to 3.9 million between 2001 and
2002.

In 2001, almost 1 in 3 full-time employees belonged to a union in Canada,
compared with about 1 in 4 part-timers.

The WCB wants to cut one third of Occupational Health and Safety
Regulations and water down remaining legislation. B.C. Federation of
