These events will be taking place on the traditional and unceded territories of the Tsleil-Waututh (səl̓ilwətaɁɬ), the Musqueam (xʷməθkʷəy̓əm), and the Squamish (Skwxwú7mesh) Coast Salish Nations.

Join Mobilization Against War and Occupation (MAWO) for an antiwar organizing meeting. We will begin the meeting with multimedia and news clips about the current state of US-led  war drive, and the resistance of people around the world to imperialist wars and occupations. 

During the meeting we will discuss and plan for upcoming antiwar actions here in Vancouver, as well as assess our past actions, including MAWO's emergency protests in response to the US bombing of Syria in April. We will also be reporting on our involvement National Organizing Committee for the important upcoming international antiwar conference of the United National Antiwar Coalition (UNAC) in Richmond, Virginia from June 16-18.
