MAWO MONTHLY ANTIWAR RALLY & PETITION CAMPAIGN

The
 mainstream media today is buzzing with the recent outcome of the 5+1 
Geneva talks, with limited easing of US sanctions on Iran, in exchange 
for restrictions on Iran’s nuclear energy program. While the majority of
 sanctions are still in effect against Iran, including Canada’s 
sanctions against Iran which remain in full force, ending all sanctions 
against Iran remains an important and human demand. 

In the case 
of Syria, Geneva will again be the host of talks set for January 2014. 
Lines are being drawn with who will and who will not attend the talks. 
However the situation on the ground in Syria is what really matters, and
 after two and half years of the US and their allies training, funding 
and directing foreign mercenaries in Syria, the country is in a chaos.
