Bradley
 Manning, a 25 year old U.S. soldier, is currently on trial and facing 
charges that could see him locked up in jail for the rest of his life. 
His crime? Bradley Manning decided to become a soldier of humanity when 
he released to Wikileaks over 260,000 classified U.S. diplomatic cables,
 videos and documents exposing U.S. atrocities and war crimes in Iraq, 
Afghanistan and around the world.

After three years of being in a
 U.S. military jail and subjected to cruel and inhuman treatment, 
solitary confinement and forced nudity, Bradley Manning is finally on 
trial. As justice is not something the U.S. military court system serves
 well to whistleblowers, public support for Bradley Manning is critical.

The
 Bradley Manning Support Network in the U.S. 
(http://www.bradleymanning.org) has called for July 27th to be an 
International Day of Action to Free Bradley Manning. This day coincides 
with the anticipated sentencing phase of Bradley’s trial. The outcome of
 this phase of the trial will result in Bradley receiving any outcome 
from time served to life in prison.

“WE ARE BRADLEY MANNING!” Ad in the New York Times!

Mobilization
 Against War & Occupation (MAWO) contributed to a fundraising 
initiative by the Bradley Manning Support Network to purchase an ad in 
the New York Times. The ad was published on July 25th and will put even 
more attention on Bradley Manning’s case as the sentencing phase of his 
trial begins.
