On
 Sunday November 24th, talks in Geneva between Iran and the P5+1 United 
Nations Security Council countries resulted a deal which will 
temporarily ease some of the U.S. sanctions against Iran, in return for 
limitations on Iran’s nuclear energy program. While the majority of 
sanctions are still in effect against Iran, including Canada’s sanctions
 against Iran which remain in full force, ending all sanctions against 
Iran remains an important and human demand.

In the first forum of
 this two part series on December 3rd, we heard the perspectives of 
three prominent U.S. and Iranian speakers just over one week after this 
deal was made. Now even more questions, criticisms and analysis over the
 terms of the deal have emerged, as different interpretations of what 
this deal signifies swirl over the mainstream news networks. The forum 
will discuss what the motivations are for the U.S. to make this deal and
 what this interim agreement means for the future of U.S./Iranian 
relations, and will also analyze the various positions and 
interpretations that have come up around this deal.

Join the 
forum to discuss these questions, and how antiwar activists can continue
 to organize actions against ALL continuing sanctions and threats 
against Iran by the U.S. as well as by Canada and the E.U.
