Multimedia-speakers- discussion

For the people of Syria, the past 17 months have been characterized by increased foreign intervention through sanctions, convert military and intelligence operations and threats of war by imperialist governments. This destabilization effort aimed at the overthrow of President Bashar Assad has caused massive bloodshed and devastation for the people of Syria.

~ Why are US, UK, France, Canada and other imperialist countries intervening in Syria to overthrow the government of President Assad?
~ Why are the Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar regimes providing money, weapons and training to create a civil war in Syria?
~ What would the overthrow of Bashar Al-Assad government mean for the people of North Africa and the Middle East?
~ What is the role of the U.N. in Syria and what would a real peace-process for Syria look like?
~ Why are countries such as Russia, China, Iran, Venezuela and Cuba supporting the Syrian government?

>> Ali Yerevani
