Every day news headlines are reporting
another step towards war on Syria. The imposed civil war in Syria
produces reports of destruction and deaths. Direct foreign military
attacks are also being reported, as western-ally Turkey sends
artillery fire strikes into Syria. Interview and news conferences
with US officials and politicians voice increasing threats and
preparations for a military attack on Syria. While Syria is in the
cross hairs, Iran has also been under all kinds of attacks for a long
time. Crippling sanctions have been piled against Iran, the most
recent being new European Union sanctions which were announced today.
Iran is facing constant covert military operations, from
assassinations of scientists to computer virus attacks. In addition,
a smear campaign is being waged to demonize Iran and the Iranian
government.
