In just six months, over 20,000 bombing
missions by NATO, Canada and the U.S. have turned Libya into the the
newest front in this new era of war and occupation. Join MAWO for
this informative forum to analyze the new imperialist war drive in
North Africa by NATO, the U.S. and Canada. This forum will
particularly discuss the aftermath of the fall of Tripoli and the
widespread resistance to the imperialist intervention and presence in
Libya.  The speaker will also analyze and review the position of
antiwar coalitions and progressive and leftist political tendencies. 






Screening 45 minutes of documentary and
news clips about the the imperialist intervention in Libya. Followed
by Speaker and Discussion.

Speaker: Ali Yerevani ~ political
editor, social justice, Cuba solidarity and antiwar organizer and
participant in the Iranian Revolution of 1979.
