Join MAWO for a meeting dedicated to organizing the 7th annual Hip Hop 4 Peace Festival here in Vancouver.  The festival, happening this year on September 24th and 25th, will bring together both local and international hip-hop artists, and after 7 years is still growing strong. We invite everyone to get involved in supporting and organizing this important annual event that connects art and culture with organizing for peace and a better world!

Join MAWO to plan and organize upcoming antiwar events and actions, focusing on MAWO's upcoming Hip Hop 4 Peace Festival! The meeting will open with 45 minutes of news videos of current and ongoing wars and occupations including a focus on the anti imperialist struggles in the Middle East and North Africa.

On September 24th and 25th Vancouver will host the 7th Annual Vancouver International Hip Hop 4 Peace Festival! The Festival will be two days of performances by local and international artists including MC’s, Breakdancers, DJ’s and Graffiti artists. Mark your calendars and check the blog for updates!
