After seven months of NATO/US/Canada
bombing of Libya, NATO and imperialist counties are facing an ongoing
resistance as they grow ever more entrenched in a war on Libya. This
war that the leaders of NATO, the US and Canada proclaimed would be
only a few weeks of a “no fly zone” for the cause of
“humanitarian intervention” has translated to over 26,000 NATO
bombing sorties that have killed innocent civilians and flattened
cities and towns. The forum will discuss what this latest front in
the new era of war and occupation means for Libya and how we can
build a stronger and more united antiwar movement.







Screening 45 minutes of documentary
and news clips about the NATO/US/Canada bombing and military
intervention in Libya. Followed by speaker and discussion.
