STOP FBI RAIDS ON ANTIWAR ACTIVISTS!
STOP THE REPRESSION OF ANTI-WAR AND SOLIDARITY ACTIVISTS!
END THE GRAND JURY PROCEEDINGS AGAINST ANTI-WAR ACTIVISTS!
IMMEDIATELY RETURN ALL CONFISCATED MATERIALS!

On Friday September 24th, the FBI raided eight homes and offices of antiwar and social justice activists in Chicago and Minneapolis. The FBI agents seized books, music CD's, photographs, computers, cell phones, check books, papers, cameras and every other items that could contain information and saved data. The FBI also handed subpoenas to testify before a federal grand jury to activists in Illinois, Minnesota, and Michigan. These activists are involved in many groups, including the Twin Cities Anti-War Committee, the Palestine Solidarity Group, the Colombia Action Network, Students for a Democratic Society, and the Freedom Road Socialist Organization. This undemocratic and suppressive action against antiwar and peace activists has been denounced and condemned by numerous antiwar and social justice organizations in the United States.

In December 2010 the FBI expanded their attacks by delivering new subpoenas to 9 more antiwar and solidarity activists. They are to appear in front of a federal grand jury on January 25 to testify, but all have refused to do so. In response the Committee to Stop FBI Repression has called on all supporters to join on January 25 to protest and condemn these political attacks on antiwar and solidarity activists. Join Mobilization Against War & Occupation (MAWO) in Vancouver, Canada to demand:

> Stop the repression of antiwar and solidarity activists!
> End the Grand Jury proceedings against antiwar activists!
> Immediately return all confiscated materials: computers, cell phones, papers, documents, etc!
