Since March 19, 2011 the US, Canada and their allies have launched a major bombing campaign on Libya under the auspice of the UN "No Fly Zone" and "Humanitarian Intervention." The governments of the US and Canada claim they are attacking Libyan civilians to defend the "democratic" opposition against the legitimate Libyan government. This bombing campaign on Libyans is taking place while millions of people across the Middle East and North Africa are protesting on the streets against US client regimes. Millions of people in Tunisia and Egypt mobilized to overthrow their despotic dictators while mass movements have also taken place in Yemen and Bahrain. Many questions remain about how Libya has fit into this picture. Join MAWO for this second part in a two part forum series to discuss:

~> Why has the US, Canada and their allies targeted Libya with this bombing campaign?
~> What is the goal of the US and Canada in this attack on Libya?
~> Is the opposition in Libya a progressive force that the antiwar movement should support?
~> What will be the end result of the attacks on Libyan people and its government?
