2010 is on pace to be the deadliest year for US and other occupying troops in Afghanistan. The recently launched Operation Moshtarak in the southern Afghan province of Helmand has exposed how much of a quagmire the US, Canada, and their allies are in Afghanistan. Hundreds of Afghan civilians have already been the victims of the recent war escalation by US, Canada, and NATO airstrikes and shootings.
 
With each passing day and new operation the war and occupation in Afghanistan is looking more and more like the situation in Iraq. This past week marked the seventh anniversary of the US invasion of Iraq. This March 27 Mobilization Against War & Occupation will be joining the international call for an end to these wars and occupations. Join MAWO in demanding:

CANADA/US/NATO OUT OF AFGHANISTAN NOW!
US/UK OUT OF IRAQ NOW!
END THE SIEGE OF GAZA NOW!
SELF DETERMINATION FOR ALL OPPRESSED NATIONS NOW!
US HANDS OFF IRAN, PAKISTAN, YEMEN, AND HONDURAS!
