Greetings:
 
We, Canadians of Tamil decent are all very concerned about the welfare of
275,000 internally displaced peoples (IDPs) held in camps in the north and
east of Sri Lanka.  We hear they are facing malnutrition and lack of
medical care in overcrowded facilities.  Despite the recent cessation of
hostilities in this war-torn country, the IDPs continue to be victims of
war.
